On Sept. 6, it will have been 2 years since Israel murdered Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi. We continue to demand a full, independent investigation into her death; criminal accountability for those responsible; congressional hearings on the killing; and formal diplomatic consequences. Visit https://www.foraysenur.com/ for more information and updates.

This week in Palestine: Netanyahu announces that the military is not withdrawing from Gaza; Two Palestinian teens were killed in the occupied West Bank while settler violence continues to escalate including attacks on U.S journalists. Also, in the occupied West Bank, the entire village of Al-Taban in Masafer Yatta was erased by the Israeli military.

We must do all we can to prevent the ethnic cleansing and the colonization of Palestine.

It’s Ceasefire first, then lift the siege, then end the occupation then Free Palestine.

Join us at our weekly Olympia peace vigil on Friday as we continue to advocate and stand together for peace, a permanent ceasefire, an arms embargo, and justice for Palestine.

For information and regular updates about conditions in Gaza and the West Bank, follow the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs for the Occupied Palestinian Territories at https://www.ochaopt.org

Thank you to the Olympia Fellowship of Reconciliation for organizing these vigils and welcoming us all. Please respect the peaceful and welcoming spirit that FOR has maintained at these weekly gatherings for so many years.
