It is with a heavy heart that I make this announcement. Our comrade, friend and Branch 118 rep Ciaran Mallon passed away today. As the branch secretary, on behalf of our committee and members, would like to offer our condolences and deepest sympathies to his family and loved ones at this time. He will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace Ciaran

Remember members you do not have to be a union rep to attend a picket line and support our cause. Your committee would be delighted to see you join us at Castlecourt or the Debt Centre in the morning, to show your support for the campaign that we are pushing forward on your behalf. Let’s show strong numbers on our lines, let the politicians see that we are angry at the insult handed to us dressed up as a pay rise, we are fed up hearing year after year that there is β€˜no money’ for our pay rise. Let us show support to our own colleagues who we work with on a day and daily basis who are not even being paid the national living wage which ironically is a figure set by the very government that pays our wage!!!!! It time to take a stand and say WE WILL NOT BE LEFT BEHIND.

So come along and join us on the lines in support.
