Due to the ongoing situation, the Youth Empowerment Network offices in Belfast and Newtownards will be closed tomorrow, and all scheduled classes have been cancelled to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our participants and staff.

While our offices will be closed, our team will continue to work remotely and will remain available to provide online support and mentoring throughout the day.

We recognise that this may be a difficult time for some young people. If you are concerned about your safety, wellbeing, or simply need someone to talk to, please get in touch. Our staff are here to support you.

Last Friday marked our third session with our wonderful Ballykeel young people on our Propel Programme. We explored the difference between self-esteem and confidence and discussed whether they are the same or different. The walking debates were fantastic, and the level of engagement from everyone was outstanding.

Last friday was Week 2 at Ballykeel Youth Club focused on identity and personal identity, with the young people taking part in activities and discussions exploring what makes them who they are.

It was great to see everyone getting involved and sharing their thoughts. We also enjoyed some Domino’s 🍕 to finish off another positive session.

Today was a fantastic introduction session at Ballykeel Youth Club, and we were delighted with the engagement from the young people involved 👏🏼

Every Friday for the next 12 weeks, we’ll be supporting 10 young people in Ballykeel developing their skills, preparing them for employment, and focusing on health and wellbeing.

The Propel Programme focuses on empowering young people through support, personal development, confidence building, and creating positive opportunities in a safe and welcoming space.
We’re excited to continue supporting young people together and building opportunities for growth, connection, and empowerment

📆Programme Starts this Friday 22nd and will run every Friday for 12 weeks!
Incentives Include:
