🌍✨ World Su***de Prevention Day ✨🌍

Ditch the Stigma!!

Suicidal thoughts are far more common than most people know – so let's talk about it!

1 in 5 of us will struggle with suicidal thoughts in our lifetime. But the stigma attached to su***de can prevent people from getting the support they need.

Today, we stand together to raise awareness, spread hope, and break the stigma around mental health. Your well-being matters, and we are here for YOU.

💡 Here are some helpful tips to cope during tough times:

1. 🗣️ Talk to someone you trust – Whether it’s a friend, family member, or professional, sharing your feelings can make a big difference.

2. 💆‍♂️ Practice self-care – Even small moments for yourself can help. A walk 🚶‍♀️, meditation 🧘‍♂️, or doing something you enjoy 🎨.

3. 🤝 Stay connected – Don’t isolate yourself. Reach out to loved ones or join supportive communities 👫.

4. 📋 Set small goals – It’s okay to take things one step at a time. Focus on little achievements to build confidence.

5. 👩‍⚕️ Seek professional help – It’s okay to ask for help when you need it. Talking to a therapist or counselor can bring relief.

💬 Remember, you are NEVER alone. If you’re struggling or just need someone to talk to, reach out to us. We’re here to listen and support you.

💙 Together, we can make a difference. Let’s prioritize mental health, support each other, and help prevent su***de💛
