We recorded this 'Older Person Workout' last March with Ian and the Wentworth Leisure Centre team. Its a very gentle class - great for older people or anyone with mobility or balance issues and perfect to simply encourage people to get up and do some movement at their own pace. Its also free. Just click and go!
