It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
These cupcakes go out to a family get together and also have a surprise inside one of them.

More chocolate? Of course! Chocolate on chocolate in chocolate.
These were "left overs". I often bake more than needed just in case of disaster. They whip out the door at a discounted rate and first come first serve!! Leftovers never looked so good!!
Who wants to be on my 'left over list' for first dibs?

And, finally the buttercream went on top and the cupcakes were whole. But I doubt for much longer!

Homemade chocolate buttercream with actual melted chocolate. The smell is incredible and it's hard not to plunge my face into it.
Chocolate cupcakes (or anything really...) topped with this is like heaven!.

Everyone has a favourite and these are mine. A recipe I've developed myself over years of trial and error to make the perfect chocolate cupcake!!

Happy 50th wedding anniversary to a wonderful couple!!
Fifty years of marriage celebrated today with friends and family. Great people, good times and of course some cake.
Vanilla sponge with strawberry jam topped with a lemon sponge filled with lemon curd. Surrounded by fresh flowers and custom topper.
Beautiful, elegant, yummy. What more could you need?
