Today we helped young people understand what it is, why it’s important, and how it impacts their wellbeing.
We challenged stigma, explored the signs, and shared ways to cope from art to the gym.
Tye spoke about how art has been a vital outlet to help her process emotion’s and express what’s hard to say in words🎨
