Can we just take a minute to talk about Friday!
What an incredible evening!

It is such a privilege to be able to bring such amazing bands to play for us in Bedford, creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone to come and enjoy live music!

This gig was in honour Gig Buddies Stay Up Late Week! This is when projects across the country unite to celebrate the right for people with learning disabilities and autistic people to go out, stay up late, and party in mainstream spaces.

A huge thank you to all the bands that played on Friday.
Fidget and the Twitchers with your huge sound and massive energy!
AKKAT ATTAK who came all the way from Newcastle to bring us their silly antics
And The Allsorts, from Living It Up Performing Arts Centre here in Bedford who absolutely smashed their first live show!

To all the staff at Living It Up who collectively build and run this space and to Global's Make Some Noise who make it possible for us to put these shows on!

And to everyone who came and watched, danced and got involved, thank you and we hope you had a great time! You're all amazing!

The remaining tickets will be available to buy on the door this evening. First come first served.

Bedford Running Festival is coming round fast! Anyone else feel like this year is flying by or is that just me? We still have a couple of spaces available if you would like to help us out by completing a run at Run Fest and raising £100 to help us continue to through the best parties in town!

April is World Autism Acceptance Month 🌎💙🩷 The theme this year is 'It's How You Show Up'.

We asked our Performing Arts Centre crew with autism to tell us one simple change their friends could make to support them, and we asked those without autism how they show up for the autistic people in their lives.

Then, our fabulous friends at The Arty Giraffe took the quotes and turned them into works of art!
