You need to understand the basic so sign up now.
May the way there is still time to apply for HMRC funding.

I am the parish clerk to Appleton East and West, a small rural parish in North Yorkshire. It already has 2 Solar farms at East Appleton. Now, another larger solar farm is seeking planning permission. Only one family will be directly affected by the development, which will border Low Pasture on two sides. The family's plight has been ignored by the developers.
