Mytime Myway Adult Weight Management Service, Great Yarmouth and Waveney

If you live in the Great Yarmouth and Waveney area, Mytime Myway offers three different services, depending on the level of support you need.

1) Community Cooks:
Healthy eating and cooking group sessions, delivered in your local community. These courses will provide support and advice on how to cook and prepare healthy, affordable meals that all the family will enjoy.

2) Weight Management Group Sessions:
A twelve week weight management support group delivered in various community settings within the area. Sessions last an hour and a half and include a weekly weigh in, a supported discussion around a specific topic area (nutrition, getting more active or changing your behaviour) and a low impact, physical activity session. Each week participants will be supported and empowered to make realistic lifestyle changes that will result in weight loss.

3) Specialist Weight Management Service:
If you require a greater level of support to reach a healthy weight, Mytime Myway will also offer a specialist weight management service. To make sure that the service is the right one for you, this will begin with an assessment of your needs. For more information, contact Mytime Myway by:
