Curious about what we do? Here’s a quick overview:

We’re a performance group for women of all ages, focused on fun, fitness, and community ✨

Our sessions start with a Joimove dance-fit warm-up, followed by learning choreography from a range of dance styles – no previous experience needed!

Each week, we work towards a big showcase performance in June 2026, but you can take part in any way that suits you:

🎭 Help behind the scenes
👗 Support with costumes or front of house
Whatever your interest or comfort level, there’s a place for you 💖
