Reaching out can feel difficult. Sometimes it can feel impossible. But asking for help is not a sign of weakness - it’s often the bravest thing someone can do.

And if you’re worried about a friend, partner, brother, son, dad or colleague, don’t ignore that feeling. A simple conversation, a check-in, or letting someone know you’re there can make more of a difference than you realise.
