Low Carbon Chilterns Ltd (LCCL) was incorporated as an Industrial and Provident Society in November 2011. It was formed by members of low carbon and transition town groups in the area who wish to work together to reduce fuel poverty, reduce the running cost of local com

munity buildings, give our communities a stake in local energy generation, spread education about household energy efficiency and lower the area's carbon footprint.
