Baughurst Firework Displays by Baughurst Scout and Guide Group Baughurst Scout and Guide Group Annual Fireworks Display Page In the early years just for group, but certainly a public display by 1985.

The annual public professional Firework display in Baughurst has been run by the Baughurst Scout and Guide Group since 1991, when it took over from the Baughurst Venture Scout Unit which had been running an annual display since 1981. All profits from the shows go into the running of the Scout and Guide group and directly benefit the young people that are members of the group. The Display is suppli

ed by Fantastic Fireworks (2015 British Firework Champions) and has been since 1991. The trained and qualified firers are also supplied on behalf of Fantastic Fireworks. As well as the actual display we have a a range of hot food and drinks, bar, tombola, sale of glow sticks, a large fire as well as toilet facilities and qualified first aiders. As a professional display we treat your safety above all else. To this end we have a safety cordon that exceeds the minimum crowd distance for the fireworks in use and also restrict access to the fire and firing area before, during and after the show. Those in the firing area are fully trained and wearing the appropriate safety gear. We do not allow any personal fireworks to be brought to the show, which includes sparklers

Tonight, ScoutMed is proud to be working in partnership with local Scout and Guide units as they host their annual community bonfire and fireworks celebrations.

💚 One of our volunteer teams is supporting the Baughurst Firework Displays by Baughurst Scout and Guide Group

💙 Another team is with the 1st Lightwater Scouts at their Bonfire & Fireworks Night

These fantastic events are organised by the Scout and Guide groups themselves for their local communities — bringing people together to enjoy a safe and memorable evening.

We have been made aware of one way traffic lights due to over running southern water road works on Baughurst road between the event field and Shaw lane. This will make an already congested area more challenging. Please avoid arriving via the Shaw lane end of Baughurst road. Please arrive from Heath end to try to keep the traffic moving in one direction.

Reminder to please park responsibly for the fireworks tonight. Avoid blocking driveways and please don't move the cones, they are there to enable safe pedestrian access.
We advise parking further away and walking to reduce congestion on the road. Thank you

We'll have our usual fantastic burgers, hot dogs and veggie burgers available on Saturday night.
In the hot drinks there's soup, tea, coffee and hot chocolate, or go alcoholic with our mulled wine or Bailey's hot chocolate.
We'll also have a selection of beer, wine and cider on the bar.
You can get cold drinks and sweets, glow wands and glow sticks or try out the tombola in our concession tents.
Arrive early and leave plenty of time to visit all the stalls before the fire is lit at 6.45pm and fireworks start at 7pm.
Looking forward to a great event on Saturday.

The weather is looking great for Saturday, dry and warm 🔥. Due to recent rain the field will be muddy, so please come prepared with your wellies or boots 🥾.

Tickets are selling well for Saturday. A reminder that advance tickets are only available until Friday. Any left after Friday are collected in from ticket sellers so we can calculate numbers and expected attendance.
Any remaining family tickets go up to £25 on the gate.
