This captivating biography drama tells the inspiring story of Philip Burton, a dedicated school teacher from Port Talbot, who discovers the extraordinary talent of a spirited young boy named Richard Jenkins. As many of you may know, Richard Jenkins would later transform into the legendary Richard Burton, one of Wales’s most celebrated stars.

"Mr. Burton" has received an IMDb rating of 7.0, making it an intriguing choice for our film night. I am confident that you will find it both enjoyable and thought-provoking. Come along and enjoy an evening at the Battle Memorial Hall on Wednesday 27th August. Doors open at 7pm.
