💜 Having a clear out following surgery or a general overhaul of your underwear drawer? 🤔 Breast Friends and Family have a ‘Bra Bin’ at The Heart, collecting pre-loved gently worn bras for forward donation to Smalls For All, who collect underwear for people in Africa and the UK who can’t afford or can’t get any, because dignity matters. 💜

💜 Donations for our ‘Bra Bin’ can be dropped off at The Heart during any of our support groups, coffee mornings or bring along to any of our classes if you attending. 💜 Our next support group is tomorrow, Sunday 14th June, 10am to 1pm. 😊💜

💜 Our next Breast Friends and Family support group get together is this coming Sunday, 14th June, door open and kettle on from 10am. ☕️🍪😊💜 Come along and chat to others who know what you are going through, in a safe, private, friendly space, you will be sure of a warm welcome. 😊💜 You don’t need to face this journey alone. 😊💜

💜 A reminder to take up your breast screening appointment when it arrives. 💜 The breast screening units are out in West Lothian. 💜

A mobile breast screening unit has arrived in Livingston. Another one will soon be coming to Bathgate.

Women aged 50-70 years are invited to breast screening every three years. If you are due, your appointment letter will arrive in the post. Make sure you attend or contact the breast screening centre (0131 537 7400) if you need to reschedule.
