Come and discover the exciting world of rhythmic gymnastics. Combining gymnastics, dance, music and movement with ribbons, hoops, balls and ropes, rhythmic is a fantastic sport that builds confidence, coordination and creativity. 🤸‍♀️

Whether your child already enjoys dance or gymnastics, or is a complete beginner, our FREE Discover Rhythmic sessions are the perfect opportunity to give it a go. Try new skills, have fun with our friendly coaches and watch demonstrations and displays from our gymnasts giving children the chance to see how skills can develop from those very first steps through to competitive rhythmic gymnastics.

📌 All held in the fantastic Sports Training Village at the University of Team Bath

This week our gymnasts wore yellow at training to show their support for !

💛 We are joining the campaign with YoungMinds to celebrate 10 years of showing young people they aren’t alone with their mental health.

Making the time to talk openly about emotional wellbeing helps reduce stigma and encourages young people to seek support when they need it.

At we support one another to feel welcome, included, and together with our gymnasts' wellbeing at the heart of everything we do. 💛

Come and experience the fantastic sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics this Half Term!🤸‍♂️⭐

Our fun and energetic camps are a great opportunity for children to discover a sport that combines gymnastics, dance, music and apparatus skills.

During the session, children will learn and develop a range of gymnastics skills including rolls, jumps, leaps, balances and flexibility, as well as learning how to use the beautiful rhythmic gymnastics apparatus - ribbon, hoop, ball, rope and clubs.
And , of course, it all comes together with music and movement!
Whether your child already loves gymnastics and dance or is completely new to rhythmic gymnastics, our camps are a fun way to try something new, learn new skills and build confidence in a friendly and supportive environment.

⭐ Open to non-members
⭐ Reception age and above
⭐ No previous rhythmic gymnastics experience required
⭐ Also suitable for current RDP and Mini Squad gymnasts looking to develop and extend their skills.

Another amazing day of competition at Bath Open 2026 💙⭐️

Thank you to everyone who came and supported our gymnasts, to the other clubs who travelled to compete, and to all our coaches and volunteers for a fantastic weekend 🤩

Day 2 was full of incredible performances from bronze, silver, gold and diamond level individuals and groups ✨ what a way to end the weekend!
