Fantastic weekend in Bristol for our rowing, boat handling and sailing regatta! 🚣‍♀️⛵️🛥️

The weather held for us on Sunday, with a slight drizzle on Saturday🌧️🌧️

Congratulations to all teams going through to represent Avon District at the South West Area competitions happening in the next couple of months - and BZ for everyone taking part!

Our Junior cadets achieved so much this weekend, receiving both their Rowing Taster Certificates and RYA Sailing Taster Certificates from our District Officer!

They also achieved several blue modules towards their blue (waterborne) badges and Commodore's Pennants

Some more photos from our Junior Cadets weekend at the Sea Cadets Midlands Boat Station!

The weather held out all day for us on Sunday, so it was an action-packed day on the water, sailing, rowing and some powerboat trips!

As we enter National Volunteers' Week, we want to say a big thank you to all our incredible volunteers who made this weekend happen for our young people - we can't do what we do without all of you!

A great start to our day in the midlands!

Cadets are working towards their taster certificates in Rowing and Sailing this weekend - and completing lots of their BLUE 🔵 waterborne modules.

After lunch we’ve got a few fun activities planned, then back into the boat work
