Have you been thinking about trying a yoga class, but the thought of walking through the door feels overwhelming?

My yoga classes are created especially for women who want to move gently, feel better in their bodies, and connect with others in a warm, supportive environment.
Whether you’re 40, 60, 80, or anywhere in between, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
There are no expectations, no pressure, and absolutely no judgement.
Many of the women who join me were nervous at their first class too. They worried about being the new person in the room, about not being flexible enough, or about not fitting in. Within minutes, they realised they had found a group of friendly women who understood exactly how they felt.
My classes focus on gentle movement, relaxation, breathing, and taking time for yourself. More than that, they offer a sense of belonging, friendship, and community.

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need special equipment.
You don’t need to be confident.
