So grateful to everyone who has volunteered, bought from us, supported us and generally brought positive vibes during our first year as a brand new PTFA - thank you! The money handed over today will be spent on musical instruments and enrichment activities for when it's too wet to be outside at playtime 😍

It’s almost Mothering Sunday

To raise funds for the school and celebrate the special women in your child’s life we will be selling Mothers and Others gift bags in March. The children will come down to the hall and make up a gift bag from a range of items of their choice to take it home in time for Mothering Sunday.

The tickets need to be bought in advance and the cut off to order is Thursday 5th March. Each gift bag is £5.50 and the link is https://www.pta-events.co.uk/oakridgeptfa/index.cfm?event=event&eventId=113300 # if you need to share it with someone who isn’t on the socials 😉.

This is a chance for the children of Oakridge school to pick out a few small gifts to give to the significant woman (or women) in their life. The Oakridge PTFA has been active for a year (!) and as part of our constitution we will hold an annual general meeting (AGM). This is a time for us to receive the financial accounts, share an activity report and vote in the committee members for the next year.

All parents and employees of the school are automatically members of the PTFA and are invited to attend and vote in the AGM.

The positions available are:
Chair (or 2x co-chair)
Treasurer
Secretary

Nominations should be sent through to [email protected] by 5pm on 11th March.

The AGM will be held in the Infant hall on Friday 13th March from 3:30 to 4pm.

Massive thanks to all 231 of you who ordered a 🎄Christmas design drawn by your kids this year! We had a blast feeling like Santa's little helpers 🎅🏻, and we hope you adore them. Your support has raised £780 for the school, and you've got some cool custom merch to show for it. Have a fantastic festive period, and we'll catch you in the New Year!

ORDER DATE EXTENDED!!! We’ve increased the order window to Sunday 09/11. Almost 160 orders have already been placed but some year 6’s didn’t have their order forms (due to residential and half term) so we have extended the deadline to order for everyone. You can look forward to getting your orders by Friday 28th November. 🎄🎨🥰
