Oakridge PTFA has received funding to take part in a Healthwatch Hampshire survey project, and we’d really like to hear about your experiences of health and care services. Your feedback will help improve services in our community, so we encourage you to take a few minutes to share your views.
When giving feedback, please include as much detail as you can, especially the name and location of the service and when the experience happened. Your feedback can still be anonymous, but these details are really important as they help ensure your experience can lead to real improvements.
