Dear all,

You are warmly invited to attend our Scout Group Annual General Meeting (AGM),and BBQ, which will take place on:

Date: Friday 17 July
Time: 19:00
Location: Base2000

The AGM is an important opportunity to review the past year, celebrate achievements across the Group, and look ahead to our future plans.

All parents, carers, volunteers, and supporters are very welcome to attend.

We are also currently looking for individuals to join our Board of Trustees following a couple of recent resignations. Being a trustee involves helping to support the overall governance of the Group, ensuring we are run safely and legally, and assisting with key decisions about finances, fundraising, and future development. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to contribute and support the Group.

We are incredibly proud of the Basingstoke Air Squirrels, Beaver and Scouts who took part in today’s Remembrance Day Parade. They all demonstrated true Scouting spirit, respect, and pride while representing our group with distinction on this important occasion.

What a brilliant day Beaver Air Scouts had today at Paultons Park. From Peppa Pig balloon ride to roller coasters. All the children, laughing, smiling and having fun. ###
