Thank you to everyone who has supported my animal rescues, conservation work, and this journey. Winning “Conservation NGO of the Year” honestly means a lot — not because of the award itself, because I don’t do this work for awards or recognition — but because it shows people are listening. People do care about conservation, wildlife welfare, and protecting animals. That means everything to me.
Thank you to everyone who has liked, shared, commented, donated, sent encouragement, or stayed up late messaging support after difficult rescues. Not just for the exciting rescues or big moments — but for supporting all of it. The hard days too.
A huge thank you especially to Donna and Rob, and the team at . Donna — thank you for being a true friend, for believing in me, guiding me with my presenting work, helping shape my ideas, and letting me run with them. But most importantly, thank you for helping me emotionally and mentally too. This work can get incredibly difficult, and I truly appreciate everything you have done for me.
Thank you also to Judith at , in Tanzania. It is an honour to help and be part of projects protecting both hyenas and local communities.
And my brother Samuel at in Kenya — Asante Sana! It is an honour to work with you and use tourism to inspire people to fall in love with conservation, wildlife, and nature so together we can help protect both animals and people.
And Sue at *xwildlife — thank you for training me 18 years ago and teaching me wildlife rehabilitation and animal rescue. Nearly two decades later, I still bring many rescue animals to South Ess*x Wildlife Hospital. You continue to inspire me.
Please keep supporting me, so I can continue helping more animals, more wildlife, and more people.
