🎄 Pippa: The Christmas Miracle Seeking Her Forever Lap 🎄
If you’re looking for a lesson in loyalty, look no further than our beautiful Pippa.

Pippa is a gorgeous 10-year-old Tortoiseshell with a heart of gold, but her journey to us was a poignant one. When her elderly owner had to move into a care home, Pippa was sadly left behind. For three long weeks, this devoted girl sat by the back door of her old home, waiting patiently in the garden for the owner she loved to come back for her. It was an incredibly sad sight for everyone who saw her waiting there, day after day.

A Christmas Rescue:
While most people were sitting down to dinner, two of our dedicated Cat Squad volunteers drove to London on Christmas Day to ensure Pippa wasn’t alone for one more night. She was whisked away to a wonderful foster home where she has been showered with the love and warmth she deserves ever since.

What Pippa Needs Now:
After her vet check and some much-needed pampering, Pippa is ready for her final chapter. She is the quintessential friendly lap cat—she just wants to be near you, offering her quiet companionship and those famous "Tortie" purrs.

Age: Approx. 9 years (The perfect age for a calm, loving friend!)

Personality: Gentle, loyal, and totally cuddly.

Health: Fully vet-checked and healthy.

Pippa has spent enough time waiting at that back door. We want her next "welcome home" to be the last one she ever needs.

🐾 Meet Lucy: Our Garden Miracle 🐾
We are so pleased to introduce the beautiful Lucy, a stunning tabby who has officially joined the Cat Squad South East family!

Lucy’s story started in a local garden, where she had been living as a stray for several weeks. At first, she was incredibly nervous, but thanks to the kindness of the person who found her, she began to realise that humans can be nice after all.

The Road to Recovery:
Lucy has had a busy week! She visited Simon at Hunt and Harris in Hullbridge for a full assessment. While she was originally thought to be just 6 months old, the vet team believes this sweet girl is closer to one year old.

She’s already had:

✅ A full health check-up

✅ Flea and worm treatments

✅ Lots of TLC from the team

What’s Next for Lucy?
Lucy is booked in to be neutered next week, ensuring she can live a happy, healthy life without the stress of being a stray.

She is a gentle soul who is learning to trust again. Once she’s recovered from her procedure, she’ll be looking for a "forever garden" of her very own—one with a warm sofa and a family who will never let her be lonely again.
