I have been on todays Public consultation and I bombarded the team with questions about wildlife and the damage this development would cause. I don't think they like me. Say No to destroying the habitats of our Crested Newts, wild bird and foxes. Say No to replacing history with housing. Say No to Building On Magical Ground!!!

Houses, including affordable homes, to meet local housing needs.
Beautifully designed, low-rise (2/3 storey) homes in keeping with the character of the area.
Listed building Great Chalvedon Hall will be respected by the design and its setting enhanced.
Improvements to the open space to the south. The existing pond will be protected - our proposals could improve it.
Landscaping buffer between the open space and the new homes.
Improved pedestrian and cycle links through the site.
