Apprenticeship Update - Harli

Harli started with NL Group in January, and has settled into her role really well. She is friendly, approachable, professional and has taken on the lead on all things Support Department Admin incl. scanning and copying, which is vital within our Healthcare environment. Harli has also taken the lead on redacting notes and did a perfect job. We are keen to continue to progress Harli with her career and outcomes as a Level 3 Apprentice.

Georgia became an apprentice at an Accountants in Scunthorpe studying Business Administration at Level 2 with CERT in 2017. After completing and achieving her Level 2 apprenticeship she progressed onto the Business Administrator Standard apprenticeship at Level 3 passing her End Point Assessment in January 2021. Emma became an apprentice at a local care home in North Lincolnshire during the pandemic studying the Level 3 Business Administrator Standard. Emma completed her End Point Assessment in 2021 attaining a well-deserved Distinction 🎓. She has become a real asset to the care home and is now studying a degree in Business Management.
