Although I’ve been a little quiet on this page life has been really busy! I had the great privilege of attending a special day at Castledyke school and welcomed the school councillors into their new roles!

It’s really encouraging to see schools supporting the younger generations as they explore democracy and expressing their passions and interests. I hope they all enjoy playing an active part in their community just as much as I do.

Thanks to all the children and staff at Castledyke for making it such a special occasion.
