We reserve the right to delete posts where we see appropriate. No one wants to see foul or abusive language and whilst we recognise that in the heat of the moment when you are upset about something it's easy to post something you might later regret, we will not tolerate abuse or spam. This also includes posts by other businesses external to us promoting their services via our social media channels, which will be deleted straight away. We’re a transparent business so when we’re talking to you we’ll always let you know the name of the person you’re talking to. In return, we ask that you post using your real name and not use a fake or anonymous account. If you do don’t this, we’ll probably ignore your post. If you continue to post, then we’ll consider blocking your account and reporting you to Facebook.
