It is with sadnes that I post this notice of the passing of our former friend and veteran Eddie Grant. A regular supporter of local events including the Remembrance Day Parade and Service.

Mr Edward Grant sadly passed away on Sunday, 15th February 2026. Details of the funeral date and arrangements are available here on their Funeral Notice page.

Our thanks to Stez Hughes and Pathfinders for cleaning up the area around the Rhoose War Memorial and to Justine Williams (TreeLady) for weeding and replanting the flower bed in front of the Memorial. Their efforts will help make the Remembrance Sunday (tomorrow) all the more memorable.
