Our aim is to create loving environments where people work and play together, are passionate about encouraging each others skill, abilities and strengths and developing our own selves. METHOD: Our primary focus is coaching because we believe in the power of coaching as a collaborative and egalitarian relationship that allows the coachees to access their inner resourcefulness that encourages them to take charge of their lives to achieve their stated goals, rather than focus on their problems. We aim to create coaching communities that coach their communities. (To understand what we mean, think of close knit tribal cultures, where elder and younger members came together, shared their experiences, instilled common values, congratulated each other and told stories that had merit in developing the economy, unity and maturity of the tribe… are we being too romantic?). We use non-clinical group coaching and one-to-one coaching that has its roots in positive psychology principles, and other therapeutic practices along with elements of a solutions focussed approach. We use sport to teach life values, media as an expression of life issues, and events to create feel good communities. We work within schools, and work with, small or large businesses, charities, churches, faith groups and other community, NGOs to make a significant positive impact on the lives of young people and transform our communities.
