Need food support or practical advice? We’re here to help! 🥫💬

Starting this Saturday, 10th October, we’re launching our regular advice sessions at the Penarth Food Pod. Whether you need support accessing food, guidance on benefits, debt, energy bills, or housing, you can speak with our team in a friendly, confidential environment.

🗓️ When: Starts Saturday, 10th October (and runs every fortnight)

⏰ Time: 1pm-3pm

📍 Where: Penarth Food Pod, St Luke’s Ave, Penarth CF64 3PS

🤝 Who it’s for: Open to anyone living in the local community—no appointment needed
