https://womenscommunitymatters.bandcamp.com/track/together-we-matter We offer a wide range of courses, support groups, activities and appointments in a safe, women-only space. We aim to support you with anything you

may need, including benefits, housing, domestic or sexual abuse, the police, courts, prison, mental wellbeing, employment, education and social activities. We want to know you - your hopes, dreams, passions and interests - and help you move forward with those in mind. We are inclusive and provide services to all women, regardless of age, race, disability, religion and belief, le***an, bisexual or transgender identity, or any other irrelevant factor. We welcome ALL women through our doors. We also support young women and young men aged 12-19 years.

Not many bands stay together long enough to see their Ruby Anniversary, but Barrow’s Radio KFK have gone one better. This year the trio celebrate 41 years as a band, and we are delighted to host their only hometown gig of the year to celebrate.

Just a reminder we're closed today (Friday 19 June) for staff training. Open as usual on Monday 22 June.

For people in abusive relationships, football tournaments can make things worse. Alcohol, drugs and gambling can increase risk, but
they are never an excuse.

Everyone should feel safe at home, during the match and every day before and after. If you’re worried about someone, or need support yourself, help is available.

There are several different support services available. For more information go to
https://westmorlandandfurnesscsp.org.uk/domestic-abuse-support

In an emergency, if someone is at risk or a crime is in progress, always dial 999.
