We’ll be at the Arc’s table top sale tomorrow, with some brand new baby and toddler clothes, and some home made jewellery available to buy!

11am - 3pm

Most items will be between £1 and £4, so excellent chance to grab a bargain!

We’ll also be giving away FREE books for your little ones!

All money raised will be going towards the running of the baby bank and/or providing the free baby loss memorial keepsakes

We’ve had an overwhelming response to the double pram we posted earlier today - it found a new home within minutes.

Since then, several families have reached out in urgent need of one.

If anyone has a double pram they no longer use and would be willing to donate, it would make a huge difference.

Your generosity directly supports local families who are struggling, and we would be incredibly grateful.

✨DOUBLE PRAM NEEDS A NEW HOME ✨

Hi ladies, we are so grateful for the love and support our community shows our baby bank, and just want to let you all know about a pram we have that may be in need!

We have a beautiful double pram looking for a new home, perfect for twins or siblings who love to ride together.
It’s in great condition, fully cleaned, and ready to support a family who needs it.

Just a wee reminder that we’re open today, and every Wednesday 10-12 for anyone who needs a wee extra hand. No referral needed

We have toiletries, nappies, clothing, toys, prams and more for anyone who needs support

**Currently closed for donations for around 2-3 weeks**

We’re open as normal tomorrow (10-12pm), but things may look a little different over the next few weeks as we’re doing a mini refurbishment in the room.

The room itself won’t be able to be accessed to browse items but staff are still on hand to give out anything that’s needed!

We have lots of nappies, baby baths and travel cots available at the minute if these are needed 🥰

🎄Aaannndd The Oor Rita tree has finished for another year! Huge, huge thank you to everyone who took a tag, to everyone who donated gifts outwith tags and to everyone that shared or tagged us during this time!

This year we supported local primary schools as well as our baby bank families, and we’re overwhelmed with the gifts that were handed back!

Special thanks to the lovely Maria Quigley and loney who each donated £100 to our appeal which helped purchase selection boxes and a few extra gifts for some of our teenage pledges

Again thanks to Sharon and the whole adult learning disability team from Barrhead HC who took around 25 tags for the 2nd year in a row!!

And to the lovely Nicole Gibson and Laura Anderson who both individually donated a large amount of brand new toys and gifts

And thank you to Asda who donated Xmas eve boxes (filled with activity books) and LOADS of wee stocking fillers and brand new baby toys!

Every year we worry and panic that tags will be left and we’ll let down a family, but every year you guys absolutely knock it out of the park!!

Thank you all so so much, we cannot do any of this without your support and we’re so very grateful!

🎄Huge thank you to everyone who’s helped and supported our local toy appeal this year! We’re dropping off to the first primary school tomorrow so will take some pictures of all the amazing gifts we’ve received!

We’re always a tiny bit gutted that we don’t get the support and attention as much as other organisations at this time of year - (attention needed because it helps fill our pledges)

We can’t stress enough how important it is that every child gets a gift this time of year, but for the third year in a row - our gifts have went to children in Barrhead and surrounding (about 90% Barrhead), so when you’re looking to support local - we really do try provide that!

Another amazing gift initiative is Spirit of Xmas -
You can go on and select East Ren so again, making sure your gifts are going to children that could very well be your neighbours or friends

Hopefully next year we’ll have a little more backing from others but if not - you guys, the Barrhead community, and all our supporters will no doubt smash it again!! 🥰🤗🙏

Huge thank you to Jill Loney and Maria Quigley from The Hair Emporium who for the second year in a row donated to our toy appeal!

With their help and support of £200, we’re able to sort toys for any missed pledges, top up gifts for those that have a little less, add in selection boxes and take last minute referrals! It makes a HUGE difference to our appeal.

These girls are just the absolute best and do so much for the community (that isn’t always noticed unfortunately - but believe us when we say they are FANTASTIC!)

Heyyy everyone, it’s almost time for our (and Lisa-Bourock Toddlers) annual affordable community Christmas Party

We’ve had a change of venue this year, but you’ll be pleased to know, we have the REAL Santa coming back again! (Iykyk 😂)

Prices are £3 for children and £1 each additional child (from the same family). Adults and babies under 1 go free ☺️

Any issues with payments or if you’re struggling a little this year, just send myself or Lisa a message!

Very limited spaces so get in quick! It’s Friday 19th 3pm-5pm (schools finis early that day so all ages able to come!)
