What a brilliant few days supporting Portland Marina's big weekend!

There's been beach cleans, with Clean Jurassic Coast CIC microplastic surveying with Monty Halls initiative, local produce market and even mermaids and pirates duelling it out to protect the ocean and teach the younger eco warriors more about keeping our seas free from plastics.

We've encouraged as many people as we can to have a go at the challenge, and seen lots of interest for Seaful and their citizen science programs that all help to positively shift a mindset.

Nazca, of course, doing her thing and showcasing future power and propulsion with Victron Energy B.V. and Oceanvolt and clean foul release systems, Wave International Limited's bilge filters and clean boating with The Green Blue

Ocean advocacy is a collective, the more the merrier, nature has an unbelievable way of bouncing back, if we give it a chance.

Amazing to have so many advocates and citizen scientists in the same place at the same time, massive positive impact. 🙏

We are back in science mode! 🦭🌊

After the thrill of the Fastnet, it’s back to science mode, exploring, learning, and protecting the ocean.

We made a pit stop in Alderney on the way home and had the absolute pleasure of meeting the team behind the ALDERNEY WILDLIFE TRUST with just a 3 mile square island and 100 square miles of water to care for, their work safeguarding this island’s remarkable natural habitats is nothing short of inspiring.

This little island is rich in biodiversity, and in the people who care for it.

Honoured to cross paths with those dedicating their lives to preserving what’s wild and wonderful. Let’s keep learning from places like this, and keep working together For One Ocean.
