Medal Monday 🏅28th September 2026
Firstly, congratulations to Anukul Dixit, who completed the Loch Ness Marathon in an awesome time of 3:50:55 👏
Wayne Morris and Nigel Brown were out smashing the hills of Dartmoor at The Wee Beastie 14-mile race, both putting in a great performance with a time of 3:36:46. 💪
Closer to home, NDRR were out in force this weekend at RUN Barnstaple’s 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon. Members were competing, volunteering and supporting, all in aid of Children’s Hospice South West. Katie Nutt continued her fantastic form with a 2nd place FV40 in 45:57, with Zoe Betteridge coming in close behind to take 3rd FV40 in 47:28. ❤️
Another podium finish came from Matt Evans, who put in a brilliant performance to smash out 43:06 and take 2nd MV50. A fantastic result and thoroughly deserved recognition for Matt! 🥈👏

It’s worth pointing out that the age categories for this race only go up to V60. Chris is 80 years young! Phenomenal running. 👏👏👏

Dom Standen kicked things off with a smashing PB of 1:30:41 🔥
Jo Jones delivered a superb 1:43:12 to secure 3rd FV40. A brilliant podium performance and a fantastic achievement! 🥉👏
Another PB for Matt Blake, who just keeps getting better and better, with 1:34:11.
Ruth Horn and Tom Albrook also smashed out PB performances in great times of 1:43;22 and 1:46:13 👏
