⭐ A different kind of union!
— The IWW can support you wherever you work. We welcome all workers but no bosses!
— Whether you are a carer, a barista, a courier, a shelf-stacker, a s*x worker, a brickie, or a prison-labourer, the IWW can give you and your colleagues the skills and support to fight for better conditions.
— We are a member-led union. We don't have people on massive salaries making our decisions for us. We come up with the demands and enforce them through direct action at the workplace.
⭐ What is an Industrial Union?
— An entire industry where the workers are unionised into One Big Union! This is the basis of our slogan: "An injury to one is an injury to all."
— Solidarity: When workers come together like this we have a huge amount of power!
— It also lays the basis for a future democratic society. The people who work in an industry should control how it is organised for the benefit of everyone, not a just a class of fatcats!
