Hybrid working is a combination of home-working and attendance at the normal workplace. It may also be called remote working, agile working, smart working, mobile working or teleworking.

Employers may have an expectation for staff to work excessively long hours when working from home. For some people, it may feel that there is no separation between their work and personal lives.

This workshop helps you recognise the Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours (SKBs) you already have and gives you the professional language to claim your identity as a leader.

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

Claim your professional identity by identifying three core management behaviours you currently demonstrate in your daily roles.
Map existing daily tasks to formal Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor standards specifically in areas of Leading People, Building Relationship, and Problem Solving.
Apply management frameworks to solve a ‘real-world’ workplace scenario using CMI-aligned leadership behaviours
The training also addresses the mindset shift required when an employee begins leading their former peers, focusing on trust and professionalism.
