☀️ The summer fayre countdown is on & we need your support ☀️

Our Summer Fayre is nearly here, and we’re asking for your support to help make it a fantastic event for all of the children.

We would be very grateful for any of the following donations:

🎂 Cake donations (to be handed in on the 25th) - we need buns, bakes & cakes to sell on our refreshment stall.

🧸 Toy & teddy donations (drop in at reception before the 25th) – good quality, clean toys for our stalls and games.

🎟️ Raffle Tickets – please return all ticket stubs, money and any unsold tickets as soon as possible, the raffle will close on the 25th.

🙋 Helpers & volunteers – whether you can spare 10 minutes or a few hours, every bit of help makes a huge difference before, during and after the fayre.

We particularly need volunteers for:
Welly wanging 🥾
Splat the rat 🐀
Preloved toys 🧸
Tidying up after the event 🧍‍♂️🧍‍♀️

We dont want to have to cancel parts of the event so please fill the gaps wherever you can.
The greater the number of helpers, the more the volunteers can enjoy the fayre too.

Can anybody help 🙏🏻

We are putting together some special packs for the Silkstone Common JI School new starters this year.

We’d like to gift tea bags, coffee & biscuits as part of these ☕️ 🍪
(They do have to be individually wrapped)

We have tried really hard to find a donation but we feel we’ve exhausted all our options & now looking for a local hero to come to our rescue & help us complete our packs.
We only have 20 new pupils joining in september so minimal amount required.

If you have any ticket stubs, money or unsold tickets at home, please return them to school or post to your nearest FSCS return address ready for next week.

🌟 FSCS need your support & donations for the summer fayre 🌟

As we prepare for our upcoming event, we’re looking for donations to help make it a success!

We are currently collecting:

🧸 Teddies – donations welcomed before the event.

🧁 Cakes/bakes/buns – to be dropped off on the morning of the event.

🍬 Sweets – to be donated over the next couple of weeks to help make our sweetie stall bigger & better than ever.

We will also be running a pre-loved toy stall which we’d love donations of good quality, clean toys that children can enjoy.

Every donation, big or small, helps us raise valuable funds which go directly towards the school & benefit the children.
If you’d like to contribute, please get in touch with one of the FSCS team or drop your donations off at the school reception for us to collect.
