Congratulations to 5 of our Cub Scouts who have achieved the Chief Scout Silver Award, which is the highest award that can be gained in Cubs …… well done to Elodie, Holly, Rowan, Matthew & Joe who will be moving into Scouts in the new year on the next step of their Scouting adventure.

Holly was also awarded Cub of the year for Monday Cubs and Joe was awarded Cub of the year for Tuesday Cubs. ….. well done !

Last weekend our Cubs spent the weekend in a cabin near Whitburn - a great weekend of activities that included building sandcastles on the beach, games, building fires, cooking, nature and team building.

Over 80 of our Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers joined their adult volunteers at the town’s Remembrance Parade today

Cubs before the half term break went all spooky with lots of Halloween themed games and activities

Last weekend 25 Cubs and their adult volunteers held a weekend camp at Bowes.
Despite having all seasons of weather the Cubs did a range of activities that included Archery, Air rifle shooting, cooking on fires, tomahawk throwing, games, assault course, blind trail, campfire, activities in the river and a massive water slide.
