A message from Elmet Lions Club CIO
We are writing to you about our annual fundraising event;
The Great Selby Bike Ride
where cyclists have been able to fundraise for four charities that we nominate.
This year we are making a major change to the event which may affect entrants like yourself.
We will not be nominating any beneficial charities
Instead cyclists will be able to fundraise for the charity that they support and even claim Gift Aid of 20% on any donations they receive if they use Justgiving to collect donations.

Reminder about the event
The two routes are signposted and marshalled and each has a drinks stop en route. Mobile first aiders will be present on both routes. Barlby High School has extensive parking if you arrive by car. A hot and cold drinks bar with snacks operates before the start, while an ice cream van will be present on the cyclists’ return.
