Join us for a fun and friendly 6-week cooking course where you'll learn new skills, prepare delicious dishes, and enjoy cooking in a supportive environment.

✅ All ingredients and equipment provided
✅ No experience necessary

Transport can be provided from st James icc, unfortunately no children can attend.

✨ Next Week’s Group Crafts! 🎨🫙

Across all our groups next week, we’ll be making Garden Replant Lights 🌸🌿

We’ll be decorating the outside of plain jars with clay modelling to create all sorts of colourful flowers, leaves and pretty designs, then we’ll use beautiful dried flowers to finish them off 🪴✨.

📝 What you need to know:
1️⃣ Bring a clean, plain jar along with you 🫙
2️⃣ Get creative and decorate with clay flowers and leaves 🌼
3️⃣ Decorate with gorgeous dried flowers 🌿

It’s going to be such a fun activity across all sessions — get stuck in, have a laugh, and take home your own unique creation! We can’t wait to see all the lovely designs everyone comes up with 🥰
Free to attend and £1 to take part in craft activities.
Don’t forget your first week is free to take part in a craft activity.

Reminder for tomorrow’s Child & Infant First Aid Awareness Session ⛑️👶

We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone tomorrow from 12pm–2pm at St James ICC, Mornington Meadows, Caerphilly.

This session will cover:
• Managing an incident
• Primary survey & child/infant CPR
• Treating an unresponsive casualty
• Choking

Our bookings are currently full, however we do have a few spaces available for cancellations. Children are also welcome to attend with parents 💙

If you missed out this time, don’t worry — we have another session coming soon, so keep an eye on our page next week for the next booking release.
