Are you a parent or carer of a neurodivergent child? Sometimes it helps just to be around people who get it.
Cup of Care is a new group at YMCA North Down, offering a relaxed and supportive space to connect with other parents and carers, share experiences and make a little time for your own wellbeing.
Starting our first 6 weeks with
💗 Friendly conversations and peer support
💗 Wellbeing activities and time for you
💗 A guest speaker chosen around what the group wants
💗 A trip/wellbeing experience
💗 Plenty of tea, coffee and connection ☕

Everyone!
We are in our Rathmore YMCA After School Club site tomorrow!
All drop offs and collections will be there for the entire day
Let's hope we get some dry weather so we can get outside
As usual, please bring a NUT FREE packed lunch, refillable water bottle and a coat

Hey everyone,
We have been super super busy with our amazing Summer Holiday club programme over July and August and getting the new P1's settled into their new school adventure over September
(Apologies we've been a bit quiet on here!)
We've had almost 200 P1 early collections to do at our partnered schools!
Behind the scenes, there's been a lot of incredible things happening
We can't wait to share it with you when the time comes!

and a Level 3 for Playwork Assistants in the below categories

or a Teaching degree (OR be currently working towards this qualification for Supervisors)
