🍀 Good luck to everyone receiving their exam results today! 🍀

Take a deep breath. ❤️

Whether you're celebrating, feeling relieved, disappointed, or somewhere in between, remember that one set of results does not determine your future.

If you haven't achieved the grades you needed for university, don't panic. There are lots of options and support available. Speak to your school, college, university, or careers advisers about Clearing, alternative courses, apprenticeships, and other pathways that could help you reach your goals.

Be kind to yourself today. You've worked hard, and that's worth recognising.

Your results are a milestone, not the final destination. 💙

🍀 Pob lwc i bawb sy'n derbyn eu canlyniadau arholiadau heddiw! 🍀

Cymerwch anadl ddofn. ❤️

P'un a ydych yn dathlu, yn teimlo rhyddhad, yn siomedig, neu rywle yn y canol, cofiwch nad yw un set o ganlyniadau yn penderfynu eich dyfodol.

Os nad ydych wedi cyflawni'r graddau yr oeddech eu hangen ar gyfer y brifysgol, peidiwch â chynhyrfu. Mae llawer o opsiynau a chymorth ar gael. Siaradwch â'ch ysgol, coleg, prifysgol neu gynghorwyr gyrfaoedd am Glirio, cyrsiau amgen, prentisiaethau a llwybrau eraill a all eich helpu i gyrraedd eich nodau.

Byddwch yn garedig wrth eich hun heddiw. Rydych wedi gweithio'n galed, ac mae hynny'n werth ei gydnabod.

Mae eich canlyniadau'n garreg filltir, nid y cyrchfan olaf. 💙

What an incredible few weeks we’ve had with our Summer Youth Days! 🤩

Every week has been packed with opportunities for our young people to learn new skills, build confidence, make friends, and have lots of fun along the way.

✨ Week 1 – First Aid Course
🎤 Week 2 – Rap & Hip Hop Songwriting Workshop
🎩 Week 3 – Business Workshop… with an amazing magic show thrown in for that extra sparkle!

Not only this, but we were excited to have a visit from the Police Crime Commissioner, Andy Dunbobbin, who came to look around, meet our young people and hear about all we are doing Hwb Westend Hub since receiving funding from Your Community, Your Choice. We could not be more grateful for all their help and support.

We are so grateful to Meurig for his First Aid Training, Kene & Owen for their Amazing Music and Stuart from Bangor Tyres for the business workshop and Magic show treats!
They all gave up their time to inspire and encourage our young people. They absolutely loved every minute of it. Thank you! 💙

A huge thank you also to Lieam Williams from Gwynedd Youth Service for joining forces with Hwb Westend Hub throughout the summer. Working together has enabled us to give our young people even more opportunities to learn, grow, discover their strengths, and build confidence for the exciting future that lies ahead.

We can’t wait to see what the future holds for each and every one of them. 🌟

We have had such an amazing few weeks of our Summer Youth Days, and we’ve loved seeing so many young people getting involved, making friends and learning new skills! ☀️🙌

This Thursday 6th August is our final Summer Youth Day before our regular youth sessions return in September – and we’ve got a fantastic afternoon planned!

✨ We’re delighted to welcome Stuart Thomas, who will be sharing his journey of building a successful business, the challenges and opportunities he’s experienced along the way, and how he also turned his passion for magic into a career! 🪄

It’s a great opportunity for young people to gain a real insight into entrepreneurship, following your passions, and the many different paths life can take.

👥 Ages: 11–18 years
📍 Hwb Westend Hub

As always, there’ll be plenty of fun, friends and opportunities to learn valuable life skills in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

🤫 And that’s not all… we also have a very special surprise guest joining us!

You’ll have to wait and see… 👀✨

We can’t wait to welcome everyone and, at the end of the week, we’ll be sharing lots of photos from another brilliant summer together! ❤️

What an incredible day we had at our Community Fun Day! ❤️

It was wonderful to see so many people come together to enjoy quality time with family and friends.

From little ones having a fantastic time in our Soft Play and Games Room, to families enjoying delicious food and drinks in the Checkpoint Café, face painting, and dancing with our DJ alongside Mickey, Minnie, Stitch, Woody and Peppa Pig – there really was something for everyone!

The smiles, laughter and happy memories made throughout the day were exactly what our community is all about.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported the event. We couldn’t have done it without our amazing volunteers:
❤️ Sara
❤️ Tommy
❤️ Nikki
❤️ Ashton
❤️ Jack
❤️ Kian
❤️ Samuel
❤️ Oliver

A special thank you also to Terry from mostly_hosts and Avril from for all your support.

Every one of you played a huge part in creating a day where our community could come together, have fun, and make lasting memories.

From the bottom of our hearts… thank you all. ❤️
