An absolutely enormous Forget Me Not Club 💙 thank you 💙 to everyone at Savills in Aberdeen, who raised an incredible £5,452.66 for us at their charity golf day this year!!

Savills support a different charity every year, and this year they chose us to be the beneficiaries of their fabulous golf day, which was at the lovely Banchory Golf Club on Friday 8th May.

So, thank you so, so, much- to Cara, Darren, and the entire Savills team, to all the sponsors and donors who contributed, to Banchory Golf Club, and all the people who attended on the day. It was a wonderful success, and we are immensely grateful and humbled to have been part of it!! 💙💙💙💙💙

Well it's the weekend and the sun is shining! We maybe didn't get the result we wanted on Friday night, but we won't let it get us down!! ⚽️

We had another lovely week at the Forget Me Not Club, a great big thanks again to Grump's Girls for their amazing fundraising at the Kiltwalk! 💙

We're at the Aberdeen Highland Games today, at Hazelhead Park, so if you're in town and fancy popping past, come and say hello!! 😊🌞

Well!! How about something healthy, but also a wee bit indulgent, to treat yourself on a Sunday afternoon?! (We definitely like the sound of that!)

Our dear friend Sara, of Sara Stewart Coaching, is organising and hosting 'Strength and Something Sweet' on Sunday 5th July at the Drumoak, Durris and Crathes Bowling Club, and donating all proceeds to the Forget Me Not Club!! 🏋🧁💙

LOCHWOOD COTTAGE, Drumoak is a 🆕 garden for 2026 and opens By Arrangement from 20th June to 16th August.

🌿An informal garden of just under an acre, which has been slowly rescued and developed over 25 years using organic principles, applying the idea of ‘right plant right place’, and to providing flowers for pollinators for as long a season as possible.
🌿Cottage style herbaceous and mixed borders surround the house, with deciduous trees and mature yews creating more challenging areas of dry shade. There is a ‘no dig’ vegetable garden, and a composting patch.
🌿Hedges have been planted for shelter, and a wildflower area and pond support the local abundant wildlife.

🎟️Admission £10.00, children free.

📍 North Deeside Road (A93) just west of Drumoak turn up the road signposted to Cullerlie. Lochwood Cottage is at 0.6 miles. Or between Garlogie and Raemoir (B9125) at Floras Cafe take the road signposted to Drumoak. Lochwood Cottage is at 3 miles.

A great big Forget Me Not Club 💙 thank you 💙 to all the wonderful customers and staff of the Garlogie Inn, who donated an amazing £45.16 in their collection can this month.

It's our (a wee bit late!) Friday round up! 🥳🥳

We hope you had a lovely week, and had as much fun as us- this week we had Cycling Without Age Scotland back with their lovely tricycles on Wednesday, we had Lisa from Hilltop Yoga at Bennett House on Wednesday, and then on Thursday we were making beautiful decorated doves with Kay from the seed box.

We also had Karen Barker at Bennett House on Thursday, presenting us with a wonderful cheque for £2,014.66 which she raised at her recent 'Night at the Musicals' in Aboyne. A HUGE Forget Me Not Club 💙 thank you 💙 to Karen, as well as everyone who attended and supported the evening, it was wonderful of you to support us, and it's greatly appreciated!!
