Banbury Shed

Banbury Shed Banbury Shed is a community space where people come together to create, repair and share skills. It then moved to dedicated premises in People Park.

Banbury's first Community Shed in the town was set up by the Royal Voluntary Service in partnership with Tooley's Historic Boatyard. It is an organisation run by members, for members. Since the Lockdown in March 2020, the shed community have been meeting online every Saturday at a virtual "Shedinar" to share their current projects, ideas and advice. Zoom details are available on Eventbrite at http

Banbury Shed & RVS Community runs as a branch of RVS (Royal Voluntary Service) and we are very grateful for their support in providing the committee training and suitable policies and procedures under which to operate. We have members from all walks of life who simply share an interest in making and fixing things. We welcome men and women of all skill levels from “I have never tried that” right through to “that was my job for 40 years”.
