An absolutely huge thank you to Amazon, who reached out to us after seeing our recent appeal for toiletries on social media.

We were blown away by their generosity. Their team put together and donated far more than we could have imagined, and we are incredibly grateful for their support.

These essential items will make a real difference to the people we work with, helping us ensure they have access to basic everyday necessities when they need them most.

Thank you to everyone at Amazon who made this happen. Your kindness, generosity and community spirit mean so much to us and to the young people we support. 💙

Our lovely Wellbeing Practitioner, Gill, attended the Wardington Fete on Saturday to represent BYHP and spread awareness about the support we offer to young people across our community.

It was a fantastic day, and Gill had the chance to speak with lots of wonderful people about our services and the work we do.

The support we’ve received over the last week has honestly been incredible. 💙

After sharing our appeal for toiletries across local Banbury Facebook groups, we have been overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity of our community.

So many people have gone out of their way to help support the young people we work with at BYHP (Tackling The Root Causes Of Youth Homelessness).

These items may seem small to some, but to the young people accessing our services, they make a huge difference. Having access to basic essentials can restore dignity, confidence and comfort during really difficult times.

We are so incredibly grateful to every single person who donated, shared our posts, bought an extra item during their weekly shop, ordered something from our amazon wishlist or took the time to support us in any way.

The kindness shown by the local community has truly meant more than we can put into words.

Today, Linda and Dani had the pleasure of attending Oxfordshire Artweeks to see the unveiling of a very special piece created by a group of incredibly talented local artists in support of BYHP.

The artwork was created to help raise both awareness and funds for the young people we support, and we are so grateful to everyone involved for choosing to use their creativity to shine a light on the work we do tackling the root causes of youth homelessness in our community.

It was lovely to meet the artists behind the project and hear the passion and meaning that inspired the piece, they were all so talented. Community support like this truly makes a difference and reminds us how many people care about the young people in our area.

It's an incredible piece of artwork and we absolutely love it!

Thank you so much for the incredible support we received following the post we shared yesterday. The kindness and generosity from our community has already been amazing.

We’ve had several people reach out, and we’ve already had a lovely lady drop off a bag full of a wide range of toiletries and essential items - which is just amazing!

Someone also suggested in the comments that we create an Amazon Wish List, which we thought was a great idea, so we’ve now set one up!

We’re currently running extremely low on essential toiletries at BYHP.

For many of the young people we support, items like shampoo, shower gel, deodorant and toothpaste aren’t just everyday products, they’re basic necessities that they rely on us to provide.

We understand that things are expensive so we are not expecting any big donations, but If you’re doing your weekly shop and are able to pick up an extra item or two, it would make a real difference!

These small donations go a long way in helping someone feel clean, confident and cared for.

Any contributions are hugely appreciated and will go directly to supporting local young people in need.
