We are very pleased to share that our subsidiary company, The Cherwell Counselling Centre is officially live and taking on clients.

As well as providing much-needed mental health support, CCC has been created with a wider purpose, to generate income that helps fund BYHP’s charitable mental health provision.

Welcome to Cherwell Counselling Centre.

We provide professional counselling for adults and young people aged 13+. Support is available in person in Banbury and online across the UK.

Counselling can offer a confidential space to explore anxiety, stress, low mood, relationships, life challenges and emotional wellbeing.

Hot weather and alcohol can be a risky combination, so take regular water breaks, eat before you drink and know your limits. Keep your phone charged, plan your journey home and never feel pressured to drink more than you want to.
