"“This is our health” is a new public engagement programme led by the Department of Health, with support from the Public Health Agency and HSC partners. Its aim is to listen to people and start developing a shared “health and care promise” — an agreement between the public and the HSC system about how we can all play a bigger part, so people can live healthier lives and services can focus their efforts where they are needed most.

Dad's Saturday - Hope Into Spring 🌻☀️

We really enjoyed some outdoor play in the sun on Saturday. Our Courtyard is looking bright and beautiful after some hard work by our Dad's who replanted all of our window boxes.

Our next Saturday session is for the whole family and will be on the 16th May. If you would like to join us please let us know.

Baby & Toddler Swim 🐟

We were back in the pool today for a new block of Baby & Toddler Swim. As always we had a splashing good time. In all of our sessions we adopt a child led approach and use gentle movements and activities that promote water confidence and water balance. We aim to provide opportunities for bonding and having fun with your little one in the water. We hope you all had as much fun as we did.

A six-week online group to support you get ready for the birth of your baby, starting on Tuesday 14th April 2026 at 6.30pm – 8.30pm.

The Mellow Bumps programme is available for all Mums to be who are 20+ weeks gestation. The aim of the programme is to:
• Support Mum to relax thorough guided mindfulness.
• Support bonding with baby pre and post birth and build up that early special relationship with baby.
• learn about their baby’s physical and brain development.
• Prepare for the birth of baby and the nurturing of baby in the early years of life.
