The Bridge

The Bridge The Bridge is a church in the centre of Banbridge. A group of people who love Jesus and want to make him known. You are so welcome at 10.30am every Sunday.

We’re okay with noise, we’re okay with mess, and we’re okay with baggage - because Jesus is!

What happens when something is truly unbelievable, but true?! Everything changes.

Come along to The Bridge this Sunday at 10.30am as we think about the difference Jesus’ resurrection makes in our lives today. Tea, coffee, juice and biscuits will be available after the service, so come along with your questions, and you’ll be made to feel really welcome.

We don’t mind mess, we don’t mind noise, and we don’t mind baggage, because Jesus doesn’t!

Come join us for a relaxed Coffee Morning right here at The Bridge – a perfect chance to catch up with friends, enjoy delicious homemade treats and support an exciting mission adventure.

We're fundraising for Team 19 – Exodus 2026! Some of our very own young people are heading to Hungary in July with Exodus.

They'll be running kids' Bible clubs, youth events, family nights, home visits and practical help – all to bring hope, joy and the love of Jesus to a resilient church in Noszvaj that's serving faithfully despite tough challenges.

Each team member needs to raise £400 to make this 10-day trip happen (2nd–12th July 2026). Your support will help cover their costs and make a real difference in Hungarian lives!

📅 When: Saturday 4th April, 10am–12 noon 📍 Where: The Bridge, 78 Newry Street, Banbridge.

Bring your friends & family. Every cuppa and cake sold helps send our team to share the Gospel and serve practically.

If you'd like to donate but can't make it, you can give online here: https://www.exodusonline.org.uk/team-19-2026.

Let's rally around Team 19 – because change is possible when we step out in faith together!
See you there!

Scott had the privilege of taking an assembly at Donard School on Friday, and we took the opportunity on Sunday to pray for the students, staff, and parents associated with this wonderful school!

On Friday we welcomed the Rev. Scott McMenemy from Ballydown Presbyterian Church to our Middle and Senior school assemblies. He shared with the pupils his excellent Makaton signs while telling us the story of Jesus and the man with leprosy. He encouraged us all to show kindness to one another. We look forward to welcoming Scott back again very soon.

Maybe you’ve heard the stories of Jesus feeding the 5,000, or walking on the water… but what are they all about? He invites us to come and see for ourselves, and we’ll be thinking about that on Sunday at 10.30am at The Bridge. You will be made really welcome!
