A massive thank you to everyone who came to support Bamford Christmas Market on Saturday and all the brilliant upbeat fell runners who ran our races The Beast of Bamford and The Beastier of Bamford, this year despite the stormy weather conditions. We raised £6000! All the funds go towards refurbishing the playpark. Of course we couldn’t have done any of this without the help of our brilliant team of local volunteers, so thank you very much to all of you too! See you again next year 😜

Bamford Christmas Market will now be inside the Bamford School Hall tomorrow instead of on the rec ground from 10 am - 4 pm. Sadly there will be no bouncy castle but there will still be great stalls and Christmas craft activities for children to take part in.

All profits go towards raising funds to refurbish the well loved Bamford Play Park. We’ve got lots of great local food, arts and crafts stalls including Annie Stewart ceramics .creative . A bouncy castle, games and Christmas Crafts for the children, a bar from for the grown ups, hot pie and peas, tea and cake, a raffle with some brilliant prizes from our generous local businesses including and lots lots more! The third annual fundraising Bamford Christmas Market, Family Fun Day and Fell Races is back on Saturday 15th November on Bamford Rec Ground, all proceeds go towards refurbishing Bamford Play Park. We’ve got great children’s activities including a bouncy castle, Christmas crafts, hook a duck, mini pump track.
