But behind the fun, there’s an important lesson being learned too.

By turning tidying up into a game, the children aren’t just returning balls and cones because they have to, they’re learning to take responsibility, work together, and help out with smiles on their faces.

🤝 RESPECT IS THE VALUE we are focusing on this month at Football Fun Factory!⁠

Respect is the foundation for everything we do. It’s what keeps our sessions safe, supportive, and full of joy. ⁠
⁠
Whether a child is scoring top corner screamers or just learning to dribble, we want every moment to be surrounded by encouragement and mutual care.⁠
⁠
In our sessions, respect shows up in lots of different ways:⁠
⁠
It’s listening to the coach when it’s time to explain a new game.⁠
It’s helping up a player on the other team who gets knocked down.⁠
It’s clapping for someone else’s effort, not just when they score.⁠
⁠
These small acts of kindness and sportsmanship are what make the Football Fun Factory experience so special. ⁠
⁠
We praise and celebrate goals, but we cheer just as loudly when someone shows good character - and we’ll look to reward them with a Blue Card.⁠
⁠
It’s also worth saying that this isn’t something we leave to chance. Our coaches talk about respect regularly, and they model it in everything they do. ⁠

That respectful culture is something we’re proud of, and it shines through in how our children treat each other, their grown-ups, and themselves.
