Rotary Club of Ballymoney We're for communities. Ballymoney Rotary champion communities that want to make a positive difference to people's lives. We seek out and champion life's doers.

The aim of this page is to share the work we do with as many people as possible. In addition to our community work we organise social events and activities that provide the chance to forge new friendships. Recently the Rotary Club of Ballymoney donated cheques to 9 deserving local charities. The charities were the Sophie’s Clinical Nurse Specialist in conjunction with the Boom Foundation, Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Samaritans, Salvation Army, Robinson Memorial Hospital Palliative Care, CAP (Christians Against Poverty), RNLI, CAN (Compass Advocacy Network) and WAVE Project. Pictured at the presentation of the chats at the Payescape offices in Ballymoney are representatives from 8 of the charities plus Ballymoney Rotary President John Pinkerton and fellow Rotarians.

Recently Year 12 students from Our Lady of Lourdes School, Ballymoney, took part in an Interview Skills Day, where pupils completed a mock interview supported by members of the Rotary Club.
This experience gave the students the opportunity to experience a real interview setting, build confidence in speaking about their strengths, practice answering interview‑style questions, receive personalised feedback on communication and presentation, learn about employer expectations from experienced professionals and develop key employability skills to support future pathways.
The Rotarians achieved great satisfaction in preparing young people for the world of work.
